Best Wishes

Dear all,

It has been quite a turbulent year.
Last year, my husband and I celebrated fifty years of marriage with our loved ones. It was a joyful occasion.
However, in the fall, we had to say goodbye to our tomcat Bram. This loss saddened both us and his companion, Plato, deeply, so we decided to look for a new little friend.

Our answer came in the form of a Burmese kitten, whom we named Apollo. A Greek god associated with light, spirituality, music, and poetry seemed like a fitting name for the little one, who had wisdom shining in his eyes. Within just two days, Plato and Apollo became friends, lying together as if they’d always known each other—it was pure magic.

Meanwhile, I found myself reflecting on the Temple of Apollo in Delphi, Greece, and its famous inscription: “Know thyself.” To my amazement, I discovered that the philosopher who highlighted this message in his writings was none other than Plato. It felt as if the gods themselves were involved. 😉

Not only are we witnessing significant transformations on a global scale, but these shifts are also occurring within us. In the coming years, we will need to place greater trust in our inner compass. However, this compass can only guide us if we work on healing the unhealed parts of ourselves. The things that trigger us often reveal our blind spots. “Know thyself” is becoming more relevant than ever.

My husband Robert and I wish everyone good health and an abundance of love on your journey.
